Guardrail Reference

Use the Notion page Content-/Claim-Guardrails when you check partner-page claims, verification wording, pricing, testimonials, contact copy, SEO, or save readiness.

  • Stop: Do not save guaranteed results, best clinic, top doctor, risk-free, safest, before/after images, medical recommendations, symptom-based recommendations, fake trust badges, or hidden rankings.
  • Confirm: Use verified, trusted, certified, accredited, reviewed, approved, transparent pricing, quality, trust, pricing, performance, or ranking claims only with documented proof, review date, responsible owner, and defined review process.
  • Safe: Neutral platform wording is okay when it describes structured clinic profiles, comparison, transparent information, direct contact, platform visibility, or information according to clinic sources.

Goal

You update the public clinic partner page in Landing Pages on the Clinic partner landing tab.

Before You Start

  • You have Platform Staff access in the CMS.
  • You work in the CMS under /admin.
  • The Landing Pages global, Clinic partner landing tab, long form sections, Save button, and public route /partners/clinics were verified in Preview.
  • The screenshots use Preview content. No landing page changes were saved while making this guide.
  • Use this guide only for staff-managed partner landing page content. Do not use it for clinic self-service profile content.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open /admin/login and sign in with your staff account.

  2. In the CMS left menu, open Content & Media.

  3. Open Landing Pages.

  4. Open the Clinic partner landing tab. Do not use Home landing for the clinic partner page.

  5. Start with Seo. Check Title and Description. These values affect browser and search previews for /partners/clinics. Confirm: SEO wording is public. Check visibility, verification, pricing, performance, and trust wording against the Notion guardrails.

  6. Check Hero. Review Title, Description, and Image. The hero is the first message clinics see, so the claim must be approved. Stop: Do not use the hero for unsupported verified clinic, quality, medical excellence, guaranteed inquiries, or market-leading claims.

  7. Check Features. Review Title, Description, and each Item.

  8. Check Process. Review Title, Subtitle, and each Step. The process text must match the real partner onboarding flow.

  9. Check Categories Intro. Review Title and Description.

  10. Check Cta. Review Title, Button Text, and Button link. Test the link target before you save. Confirm: CTA text must not imply guaranteed leads, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed ranking unless the claim has documented approval.

  11. Check Team. Open each team item only when you need to edit Name, Role, Image, isPhoto, photoDisplay, or socials. Use only approved names, portraits, roles, and profile links.

  12. Check Testimonials. Open each testimonial only when you need to edit the quote, author, role, or portrait image. Use only approved testimonial content. Confirm: Testimonials can create trust claims. Keep only quotes, names, roles, and portraits with documented approval.

  13. Check Pricing. Review Title, Description, and every Plan. Pricing is compliance-sensitive. Confirm price, billing label, plan name, and description with the commercial owner before you publish. Confirm: transparent pricing and similar price claims need real disclosure and documented owner approval.

  14. Check Pricing Model. Review every pricing model item.

  15. Check Faq. Review Title, Description, and every FAQ Item. Do not publish unsupported legal, medical, performance, or pricing claims. Stop: Do not answer clinic or patient questions with medical recommendations, hidden ranking logic, or unverified performance claims.

  16. Check Blog Teaser. Review Title and Description.

  17. Check Contact. Review Title and Description. This text sits next to a public clinic partner form, so keep it clear and approved. Stop: Do not ask clinics to enter patient data or private treatment details in public partner-form copy.

  18. Click Save only after all sections are checked. The clinic partner page content can become public after save. Confirm: Before Save, check hero, CTA, pricing, testimonials, FAQ, contact copy, and media against the Notion guardrails or documented owner approval.

If something went wrong

  • If a section title, pricing item, CTA, testimonial, or contact text is wrong, fix the same Clinic partner landing record before you save again.
  • Do not delete or overwrite approved copy, media, pricing, or testimonials without the commercial owner's confirmation.
  • If the page is already public, keep the current live version stable while you escalate.

Do not continue if

  • The page still contains private data, unapproved pricing, or an unapproved public claim.
  • The Contact text would ask clinics to enter patient data.
  • The commercial or privacy/legal owner has not approved the hero, pricing, or CTA wording yet.
  1. Open /partners/clinics. Check the public hero headline, hero text, navigation, and first section.

  2. Scroll through the middle of /partners/clinics. Check features, process, categories, CTA, team, testimonials, pricing, pricing model, FAQ, and blog teaser.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of /partners/clinics. Check the contact form, footer links, and cookie button.

Compliance Notes

  • Clinic partner landing page content is public. Do not add patient data, private clinic contacts, internal notes, unapproved medical claims, or unapproved commercial claims.
  • Claims about visibility, verification, patient inquiries, international reach, pricing, performance, or onboarding must be approved by the responsible commercial or content owner before you click Save.
  • Pricing, Pricing Model, Cta, Team, and Testimonials are high-risk sections. Check them carefully and do not publish if approval is unclear.
  • Use only approved images from Platform Content Medias. Check image rights, Alt, and optional Caption before you use an image.
  • The contact area is connected to a public clinic partner form. Keep the page text practical and do not ask clinics to enter patient data.
  • If privacy text, consent behavior, analytics wording, lead handling, or retention expectations are unclear, ask the privacy/legal owner before publishing.

Success Check

The task is complete when the Clinic partner landing tab is saved, all required sections show the expected content, and /partners/clinics shows the same hero, section text, images, pricing, CTA, team, testimonials, contact form, footer, and cookie button without private or unapproved content.
